“overpriced, dirty and poorly maintained apartment nowhere near the standard expected for the price.”
+proximity to the beach
−The accommodation was a separate property located about three blocks away from the hotel. This was quite disappointing, as we were expecting to stay close to the hotel itself. The apartment was old and clearly had several maintenance issues. There was a broken door, a broken bedside table, nails randomly attached in the bathroom, and a bedroom mirror lying on the floor. Several areas also appeared to still be unfinished or under work. Unfortunately, the apartment was also not properly clean when we arrived. We had to clean the bathroom ourselves, and we found food left behind by previous guests. We asked if it was possible to move to a room in the actual hotel, but unfortunately nothing was available. After we complained, the cleaning situation did improve, and a handyman came the following day and fixed or adjusted what he could. We appreciated the effort, but the overall condition of the apartment remained disappointing. The biggest issue was the price. The apartment was extremely expensive for what was provided. We know the area well and visit almost every year, so we have a good understanding of local prices. At this rate, we expected a much higher standard, closer to what you w

Gute Auswahl an umliegenden Restaurants.
