“Great location on the water, near the ferry.”
+Staff were very nice. Great location near the ferry and view. Nicely updated rooms in a historic building. Breakfast was adequate, good coffee.
−mattresses were a little hard. tiny little refrigerator did not really keep things cold.

“A fantastic stay in an amazing location!”
+We loved our stay! The room was comfortable and clean with a lovely balcony overlooking the trees and water. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious. Overall an amazing stay!

+I chose this hotel for the location and the breakfast, and both were excellent. It is central to restaurant and shops, and near the bus stop (7 min walk) and the ferry pier (2 min walk), which made it very convenient. I also had a beautiful view of the lake from my room. What I enjoyed but did not expect: strong air conditioning (was there during a heat wave) and a window shutter that did an excellent job of blocking light. The staff were all very kind and helpful, and helped me store my bags after checkout while I enjoyed the area before leaving. Would stay here again without hesitation.
−The room furnishings were neat, clean and simple - nothing too fancy. At an expected level for a hotel of this rating.

“Lake side and close to everything”
+Charming place by the lake, very authentic through its looks and style of service, it feels like a travel back in time while having all modern amenities one needs. The breakfast is excellent, great choice, freshness and quality. The view is wonderful, as are the beds. Location wise, very central in Garda, by the lake, everything is walking distance. The staff is very professional and the story of the hotel so lovely.

+Fabulous location overlooking Lake Garda with lots of lovely restaurants and bars close by. We had 2 rooms both with a terrace and they were spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend people to stay here and will return on my next visit to Garda.

“Tge best experience and place to stay in Lake Garda”
+We loved this hotel and the owners. It is a family hotel and you can experience the love and attention to all clients. We felt very good here, my daughter and I enjoyed talking to the mama, very lovely lady and her fratelli. All staff so nice and helpful. Our room had a great view and a terrace just in front of lago di Garda. What a Beautiful place.!!!! The AC worked great during this hot weather and our room was always cool. The hotel has a lift(elevator) , it has Beautiful terrace in front of hotel were you have an exceptional morning breakfast- it was a very extensive display of food for all tastes, eggs ham, cheeses, breads, croissants, freshly squeezed orange juice, milks, coffee, pancakes, fruits, etc. etc The location is the best. Very Close to boat port where you get the boats to visit other towns in lake Garda, ( hotel provides discount card to buy tickets :) Also close to bus station, stores, main restaurants, beaches, etc. we are in love with this place !!!!!!!

−No designated parking place, I believe that would be a plus, but at least it should be mentioned that parking is not available.
