+Everything was fantastic. Literally nothing to complain about. Rooms and bathroom were big for Japan hotel standards, and you will find everything you need in the room itself (e.g. big fridge, washing machine, microwave, shower room with heater blower to keep the shower room warm during bathing and also has function to dry washed clothes overnight effectively, etc.). Room was clean and nicely furnished. Staffs were friendly and responsive to help needed. Highly recommended.

+Wonderful and memorable stay! We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Our room was very clean, comfortable, and impressively spacious. The beds were big enough for our family of four, which made our stay even more comfortable. It had a TV, as well as a dining and kitchen area with a refrigerator, and although we didn’t use the stove and washing machine, it was great having them available. The bathroom was another highlight, featuring a bathtub and a separate shower area, perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The location was excellent and very convenient, very close to Ueno train stations, which made getting around incredibly easy. The staff were fantastic, very friendly, helpful, and able to speak English, which made everything so much easier. It was truly a memorable stay on our first trip to Japan, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend, and we’ll surely be back soon!

+Excellent location that’s so convenient to Ueno Station. The surrounding area is fantastic, lots of food and shopping options. The room is spacious for four people. The washing machine is great to have. Never heard any noise from any other guests. Very clean with a great kitchen and nice staff. I’d definitely stay there again.
