“Poor experience”
+The only nice thing is the view of the mountains through the panoramic windows.
−This is certainly not a 4-star accommodation experience. 1. The apartment lacks curtains in the room that provide privacy and block out light. As a result, everyone in the hotel could see you while you were bathing. At night, an LED strip running the entire length above the window stayed lit, making it impossible to sleep. There were also no curtains outside bathroom glass walls, though it appeared there might have been some in the past. 2. Water was leaking from the ceiling and down the wall in the bathroom, creating a puddle on the floor that never dried. There were other spots in the room where water was dripping as well. The bathroom faucet was loose and wobbly. 3. The heating system was showing error codes and not functioning as it should. 4. The soundproofing in the room was very poor. Everything happening upstairs or on the other side of the wall could be heard. Furthermore, it seemed that the noise coming from next door,which lasted until 2:00 AM,was being made by a staff member or the manager/owner. After messaging them twice to report the noise problem, we could hear the notification sounds coming from that room beyond the wall where the party was taking place. It seems t

+Stafi ishte tepër i sjellshëm, i dashur dhe gjithmonë i gatshëm për të të ndihmuar. Pastërtia e hotelit ishte on top, e nivelit më të lartë, ndërsa ushqimi ishte i mrekullueshëm, me shumë shije dhe cilësi. Çdo gjë ishte në nivelin e duhur, por ajo që e bëri qëndrimin tim edhe më të veçantë ishin njerëzit, mikpritja dhe zemërgjerësia e tyre. “Wonderful!”
+Incredible location with spectacular views. Rooms were spacious and clean. Dinner was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful.
−There is some construction going on. It didn’t concern us but might bother some.

+Hoteli ishte shume larg nga cdo gje ne theth. Hoteli ishte i gjithi gips cfare lejon zhurma nga jashte madje edhe muhabetet nga dhoma ngjitur degjoheshin. Kondicioneret nuk punonin. Tualetet skishin dyer. Dhoma skishte frigorifer. Dhoma skishte as mbajtese rrobash. Oborri kishte vec beton. Ne darke skishte asnje aktivitet pervecse te konsumoje darken dhe te ngjiteshe ne dhome. Pishina e hapur nuk aksesohej as per foto se e kishin mbyllur. Stafi nuk mirepriste ankesa vecanerisht per kondicionerin pasi u ankuam disa here dhe nuk na dhane zgjidhje. Patrick ishte njeri nga hostes qe pata komunikimin per kondicionerit dhe e kishte qasjen komplet personale dhe jo si nje person qe perfaqeson kete hotel. As ndjese per situaten qe kaluam nga morem. Per situaten e krijuar na ofroi 5 euro zbritje gje qe e mora si ofendim me shume sesa si ndjese!
−Nuk me pelqeu asgje dhe nuk ja vlen per vleren qe shpenzon. Nese hoteli nuk eshte i kompletuar me te gjitha pajisjet cmimi duhet te justifikoje sherbimin dhe cilesine.

“Will definitely return back. The mountains, staff and food was above our expectations”
+Everything was perfect! From the room and the staff, especially the staff for making the stay feel so cosy! The food was exceptional! The idea of the set menu was totally worth the value for money! I especially want to highlight Pranvera who made our stay so memorable. She went above and beyond and we cant thank her enough

+Definitely the BEST choice for us after almost 9h hiking: Valbonë to Theth! A lovely location, beautiful rooms, the views are unbelievable… The breakfast is full of traditional tastes and also can be lovely to take on the terrace. A special and warm thanks to Patrick. What a gentleman! He took care of us very politely and his knowledge of hospitality is in a very high level (and of course he speaks FR, DE, IT?, ENG..). Definitely one of the highest points in our holiday and a place to comeback.
−Not so recommended to go there walking. One hour it looks fine, but there’s no much walking path and it can be dangerous in the road - and as it’s always going (very) up, you might need more than the gps time to arrive.

“Has potential… good value for money”
+Stunning location. The hotel villa we stayed in was a very generous space. Tastefully designed. Stunning property in general and looks like an exciting development.
−It’s still clearly very much under construction. No signs or lighting to find reception (we arrived in the dark). Our room in the villa had some exposed cables with electrical tape at the end of them… there was no heating in the room so it was really cold at night.

“Mooi verblijf met veel verbeterpunten”
+De locatie van Hotel Thethi is erg goed met mooi uitzicht over de bergen. Let er wel op dat dit hotel boven op de berg ligt en niet in het dorp Theth zelf. Het personeel was aardig maar kan nog wel het een en ander verbeteren. Ze spelen bijvoorbeeld harde Franse rap muziek af uit een soort telefoon speaker tijdens het diner/ontbijt. Toen ik er wat over zij hebben ze het wel gelijk veranderd. Het personeel is dus meedenkend en behulpzaam. Het heeft een mooi zwembad, alleen was het net leeg gehaald toen wij aankwamen in oktober wat erg jammer was.
−Wat ons tegen viel, was de riool lucht die op de beneden verdieping hing en afkomstig was uit de badkamer. De waterdruk was heel laag waardoor het bijna drie kwartier duurde om het bad te vullen (in de douche was de druk wel goed). Ook was dit water of kokend heet of erg koud waardoor je de hele tijd verschillende water temperaturen moest mengen. Wij vonden het ontbijt matig, geen vers brood, weinig keus in beleg, bijna geen fruit behalve een bruine appel. Ook de airco werkte niet goed. De stroom viel regelmatig weg waardoor het licht helemaal gedimd werd en je bijna niets kon zien in de kamer. Op een gegeven moment hadden we geen water, dit duurde ongeveer 2 uur en was daarna weer prima. Voor €25pp kan je dineren en krijg je meerdere gangen, het eten was lekker behalve het hoofdgerecht van kip en varken wat echt helemaal doorbakken was en super taai. Ook hadden ze op onze eerste avond geen bier. Dit hebben ze echter de volgende dag wel gelijk bijgevuld.
