+The hotel is on Street 14 which is right off the main road with all the restaurants, bars, stores, etc. but far enough (2min walk) that you don't hear the noise. It's also really near one of the streets that takes you to the lake (5min walk) with the lake boardwalk open all day and night. The rooms were very comfortable and had all the needed ammenities. The staff was also very nice. It's also one of the only small-scale hotels with an elevator, which was very helpful when traveling with my parents.
−Although the staff was extremely nice, the service was a bit lacking. We ordered some coffee at the restaurant and service items to the rooms, and they didn't arrive until I repeated it to the front desk the next day. My parents also had a difficult time getting their breakfast order correctly. However, I think both of these issues were more due to a language barrier than a lack of wanting to serve correctly. They didn't take away from our experience. I also wished the room had a fridge like posted on the listing.

“It was very good”
+Very neet and clean and at the heart of the pokhara city. Room and washrooms were very good
−The front office staff was not at all helping kind. We just asked for some empty plates as we checkednin late evening and at that time dinner was available. So we had to order food from outside. But at first he denied to give empty plates and said its chargeable.

+Great location, just few minutes walk to fewa lake but also far enough from the club and crowd that you can sleep at night. Decent breakfast and very friendly staffs.
−Could be a little more newer furniture and fittings according to the price, can’t expect a broken cupboard door in the washroom if I am paying more than 4K nepali for a room
