−The spa didnt have any massages availible. Said they were booked but no one was getting a massage. No hot tub.

−Cleanliness was very bad. Carpet floor in rooms was so nasty that you could not step with bare feet on it. Bed was absolutely uncomfortable and mattraces were of the cheapest kind and also super dirty. Heating in room was not working and blankets were so thin that we were cold in night. Stuff insisted on paying city tax ik cash and we refused until they agreed with cardpayment. It was literally stated that hotel is not reaponsible for items lost in the locked room. One of our items was actually stolen but we cant prove it. It was not possible put sign "dont disturb" or "dont or do clean my room" the staff just did it automatically no matter what even if you wished them not to enter your room... fishy way to do the hotel business. I dont get how they can ask such money for this poor quality and call themselves a cheap hotel.Avoid avoid avoid

“Fair but not great.”
+Large comfortable size rooms, building was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.
−Unable to adjust the heat setting on aircon, unfortunately it turned very cold over night. No spare pillows!! The pillows provided were extremely thin and provided not comfort at all, thr mattresses were all the worst ive stay on in my travelling history. I know Rome is an ancient city but the beds do not need to be. ..and also only one thin throw for the big bed, which meant the single bed was without and extra blanket. Breakfast was OK for choice however I would expect a coffee machine not a jug.

“Extremely overpriced!”

−The hotel is nowhere near as good as it looks in the photos. The pictures are misleading and do not reflect reality. The room was small, and the so-called underground swimming pool turned out to be part of a spa centre. It wasn't a swimming pool at all, but a jacuzzi where children are not allowed. This was a huge disappointment, as we chose this hotel specifically because of the indoor swimming pool! On top of that, you have to pay extra to use it. The breakfast was very poor, with exactly the same food served every single day (and not always fresh..). After seven nights, I couldn't even look at the same selection of food anymore. As for housekeeping, the only things they did were make the bed and change the towels. Nobody ever dusted the room or cleaned the floor. By the end of our seven-night stay, there were piles of dust everywhere. And, to top it all off, you also have to pay a city tax when you check out! Honestly, I wouldn't mind paying a maximum of €800 for a hotel like this, but €1,600 for two people is absolutely ridiculous. It is nowhere near worth the price.

“Really nice Hotel”
+Staff were excellent can't fault reception ,restaurant or cleaner Room was quirky on 2 floors and bed was lovely and big and unbelievable comfortable Hotel well placed for Metro Pool area is a lovely sun trap
−Lighting in Room was a bit dark in places and we were at end of corridor room 408 needs a light nearer room TV had no English channels Hot tub was lovely no coffee making facilities in room

“Prima, maar wel duur voor hetgeen je krijgt”
+Ik was blij dat we een comfort kamer hadden waar een terras bij zat. Anders ben je erg opgesloten bij de standaard (normaal, dus niet al te grote) kamer.
−Dat je per nacht 250 euro betaald en dan het zwembad en andere faciliteiten nog eens 25 p/p moet betalen, dit had gewoon inclusief moeten zijn. Daarnaast was het ontbijt op de plaatje prima, maar elke dag was de roerei koud en niet goed gebakken, dus veel eigeel wat als drap op je bord ligt.... Niet zoals in Nederland gewend. De toiletartikelen waren zeker beschikbaar maar moest er wel om vragen bij de receptie, die overigens zeer vriendelijk personeel heeft! Voor 250 euro per nacht had ik niet deze standaard kamers verwacht en wat meer luxe. In Nederland is dit gewoon een normaal goed hotel, maar wel standaard. Dus betaal je rond 125 per nacht, dat is dus gewoon de helft minder

+Todo correcto dentro de lo esperado, pero esta claro que cuando sales fuera de España las estrellas del hotel bajan.
−Tiene instalaciones un poco anticuadas, aunque hay cosas que van renovando.
