“My partner and I really loved this place. The host was warm and friendly, and always willing to help”
+The accommodation was well-prepared, and the host was very helpful with clear check-in instructions. Communication was prompt, and the place had a unique style with plenty of space.
−There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything about this place was great, and I would love to stay here again. I just wish there were some basic kitchenware provided, such as plates and spoons.

+Very spacious place, perfect location, loved the shower.
−The place has a lot of potential but it felt incomplete/not finished, it felt more like a private house, without the comfort of a holiday’s accommodation. Unfortunately, the last night of our stay we found a big cockroach around the kitchen area (there was no food as it is not allowed to cook there). The door of the apartment cannot be locked from the inside. The communication with the owner was very difficult.

“Superb”
+It’s a really chic interesting space - industrial loft and huge - like you’re in a really cool artist’s space. The host was incredibly lovely, making reservations for us and helping us with directions. It’s in a great location if you like to walk - about 20 minutes to the street food area and about 8 to the subway. It was great having so much space after some of the smaller places in Japan and we appreciated the aesthetic for sure.
−We could not for the life of us figure out the lighting in the kitchen area. Also, lots of light and noise for sleeping so bring earplugs (garbage guys were around, trucks etc middle of the night) and eye mask (no light blocking shades.

“Loved our stay, all our needs met, great location, would recommend”
+The host was so helpful and kind. He was very responsive and spoke effectively in English, so communication was simple. We also left behind a pair of eyeglasses and he was able to get it to us at our next accommodations very fast which was way above in beyond. The space was very spacious and open concept accommodation, super location, clean, surprisingly comfortable beds, all the basic needs for warming food or tea, soaps, blow dryer, towels etc. I would definitely stay here again.
−Bring your eye mask if you like to sleep in darkness , plan to walk up two sets of narrow stairs to get your luggage up

“Stylish.apartment with great facilities and owner”
+Very spacious, stlyish and amazing value for the price! Has all the facilities you could need for a long(er) stay. Particularly enjoyed the spacious shower. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay during our last days in Osaka.
