+The hotel is located right by the sea, and it was peaceful and quiet as it was already the off-season. There is a bus stop nearby, making it easy to travel to Split by bus. The weather was lovely, and we were able to swim in the sea. Despite the negative experiences at the hotel, we did not let them ruin our holiday.
−We had booked a room with two single beds and a large terrace, and we paid extra for these features. However, upon arrival, we were given a smaller room with just one small double bed. The issue could not be resolved immediately because the owner did not speak English, only German and Croatian. She also did not seem willing to help resolve the situation and was angry and unfriendly. When I tried to show her our Booking.com reservation to prove that we had booked a larger room, she simply waved her hand dismissively. Fortunately, an employee named Silvia eventually came to help us. She spoke English and was very helpful. After showing her our Booking.com reservation, which clearly stated the type of room we had booked, we finally managed to get the room we had originally paid for. However, despite all the trouble, the owner never apologised for the mistake. The breakfast was disappointing and certainly not what I would expect from a three-star hotel. Another unpleasant incident occurred when my mother was sunbathing on the beach. The owner came over and told her to leave, even though we had been informed that hotel guests were allowed to use the sun loungers on the hotel's beach. Th

+The staff were friendly and helpful, location had superb access to the beach, which was very clean and the water was crystal clear, view from our balcony was superb, all in all very happy with the hotel

+Absolutely stunning location. We were on the 3rd floor and the views over the Adriatic were beautiful, especially as the sun sets. Step outside the back and you're on a fine pebble beach with a long walk/cycle way, along dozens of bars and restaurants. Everything was super clean, good shower, although not thermostatic, and we eventually worked out how the airco worked (you have to close the balcony door). Beds were comfortable and firm but 2 singles pushed together, not a double. Breakfast was superb and well stocked. The young lady who cleans, does breakfast, washing and ironing and everything else was super friendly and attentive. We left her a big tip. The owner is a different story....
−Our flight was delayed so ended up arriving 4 hours late at 11pm. We did email the property several times and had a generic mail back that we couldn't check in!. Tried to call but no answer. When we arrived we managed to get someone down from their house to check us in. She did not speak English, only Croatian and German. So in my best German we thanked her and apologised for the delay. She was not impressed. Don't use the bar or café on the beach front. It's not worth the huge hassle and waiting times. We got a bottle of beer from the bar and a family friend of the lady owner took our room number as he couldn't deal with cash or card. We accidentally got our room number wrong so when we came to pay a little later that day we got the third degree (in German) from the lady and that we couldn't be trusted! Further encounters with her were on the private beach when we slightly moved our sun loungers to be in the shade (not allowed) and that we MUST put the parasols down after use and stack the sun loungers. Not a nice person. Also, there's no shuttle to or from the airport and no lift in the building. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. There is an empty fridge in the room

“Horrible owner, very rude.”
+Cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive.
−The owner was very rude and not suitable to be managing the hotel. When we arrived, she was angry that we were somewhat delayed. She insisted that we pay an additional fee upon arrival and only in cash. We said we did not have cash, she just kept insisting, would not take credit card payment. She insisted on speaking to us in a very rude tone but only in German, after we told her we do not speak German. She did not allow us to use the beach facilities after breakfast, only if we paid an extra fee even though it was advertised as being included in the hotel rate.

“Pozen jesenski oddih za tri pare, čistoča v sobi s pogledom na morje, dolgi sprehodi ob obali.”
+Odličen zajtrk, prijazna gospa in postrežba, čistoča hotela. Pridna in profesionalna sobarica. Super lokacija za dolge sprehode ob obali. Priporočamo za družine, pare in dobro družbo. Na plažo smo dobili še pozdrav od šefice Mire, 6 travaric po jesenskem kopanju.
−Vse je bilo v najlepšem redu. Odlična nastanitev za dokaj zmerno ceno jeseni.

+Lokacija, pogled na morje in otoke. Čistoča v hotelu in v okolici hotela. Zelo prijazna sobarica oz ženska, ki je delala v tem hotelu skoraj vse.
−Bazen brez vode. Za savno hoče lastnica 25€ na uro!

“Pariskunta syyslomalla lokakuussa”
+Erityisesti sijainti oli erinomainen, rauhallinen ympäristö ja paikallisbussi kulki läheltä, siisti miljöö. Loistava parveke huoneessa 104, aurinkotuolit ja sohvaryhmä, upea merinäköala.
−Sänky oli liian kova omaan makuun. Hotellissa on portaita paljon, ei hissiä. Omistaja puhuu vain saksaa ja kroatiaa.

+Czysto, smaczne śniadania, widok z balkonu na morze, prywatna plaża z leżakami i parasolami. Trochę mało było parasoli, bo niestety trzeba było z rana rezerwować ręcznikami. Ale jeśli ktoś chciał się opalać to z leżakami nie było problemu. Bar przy plaży na miejscu z przystępnymi cenami. Wzdłuż brzegu jest promenada, którą bardzo przyjemnie można było spacerować-szczególnie wieczorami. Wzdłuż promenady są również restauracje. Do Splitu jest niedaleko, ale niestety, aby tam dojechać trzeba postać w korkach z 1h. Niedaleko w drugą stronę jest miasteczko Omiś z pięknym Starym Miastem i restauracjami.
−Pierwszą noc spędziliśmy w innym pokoju niż zarezerwowany, ponieważ osoby przed nami za zgodą właścicielki wydłużyły swój pobyt. Nie zostaliśmy o tym uprzedzeni- tylko postawieni przed faktem po przyjeździe na miejsce. Właściwy pokój był czysty i przestronny, ale był na ostatnim piętrze i w dzień rolety musiały być szczelnie zasłonięte a klimatyzacja chodziła bez przerwy, aby była znośna temperatura. Balkon nie był zacieniony i cały dzień był w pełnym słońcu. Był problem z parkowaniem: brak miejsca i samochody stały w kilka rzędów. Z rana auto było zastawione i był problem z wyjazdem Aby tego uniknąć korzystaliśmy również z płatnego parkingu miejskiego.

+Wir waren auf der Durchfahrt. Es ist ein hübsches Hotel gerade neben dem Meer. Das Zimmer war sauber, eher klein, aber mit grosser Terrasse, so dass man dort bestens sitzen kann und auch liegen, denn es waren sogar 2 Liegebetten da.
