“Wonderful Stay in St. Moritz”
+We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Steffani. The staff were excellent , extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We would especially like to mention Flor, who took great care of us and was incredibly helpful. She explained everything about St. Moritz in detail and gave us very useful recommendations on how to enjoy the city and the area. The location is excellent, the beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were also great. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
−One thing we missed in the room was a mini fridge. It would have been very useful to keep some drinks, snacks, or food cold during our stay. The other downside for us was the hotel restaurant. The waiter who served us was not particularly friendly, and we also felt the food could have been better. Those were the only two points that did not fully meet our expectations; aside from that, everything else at the hotel was excellent.

“Great hotel at the center o St Moritz! Walking distance from the city and lake.”
+Great location! New room and very clean. The shuttle driver and the receptionist (Flor) were very attentive. Loved the bathroom products (shampoo, soap, lotion etc).
−There were a few steps to access the bathroom. If you stay for a long period it could be annoying. Everything else was amazing.

“Un posto rilassate ben gestito con una buona accogliena”
+Colazione molto variegata, abbondante, tutto molto ordinato e pulito.La posizione era perfetta per la mia attività . Ero già stato cliente moltissimi anni fa, la colazione è migliorata
−L’atrio con queste sedie fatte con i palchi/corna del cervo le trovo poco accoglienti e per i bambini al limite di essere pericolose
