“Ok stay in Zurich, but with some problems”
+The room was okay and looked like the pictures. I liked the fact that there were outlets near the bed.
−I had no AC in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. There was also no mini fridge. The room I stayed in had a suspicious door, which connected it to the room next door. That meant I could very clearly hear the neighbours and it got noisy sometimes. After a certain hour, there’s no one at the reception, which meant I had to do a self check in (outside, in the middle of the night, where anyone could see my credit card information and with dubious people lurking around). I spent a lot of time trying to figure out where the rooms were (ended up in a part of the hotel I wasn’t supposed to be). A bit more attention to detail when it comes to offering clearer instructions would be amazing.
