“We had to change 3 different rooms in 2 days of they stay as the bathroom were stinky and rooms were not sound proof as”

−It’s a beautiful building the maintenance of the hotel is really poor , first there were no lifts in the hotel, bathroom/ toilets were stinky and disgusting we had to change 3 rooms in a 2 days of they stay , swimming pool water was very bad ( cloudy water ) no bins in the room , no water or kettle at the rooms, it was total waste of money. I would ask the hotel management to take some action for all the feedbacks .

−The room wasn’t entirely clean, there was still someone’s bottle underneath the bed. Room was small - we had two double beds which was not what we had requested/booked (we didn’t address it as upon arrival we already heard they were fully booked :-/ ) While being an older hotel, the shower was not one we would dare to touch as it had weird stains in the sink and the sides should have new coating. The hallways were very noisy, so the whole corridor could enjoy ‘new arrivals’ Breakfast was of varying quality - first day airconditioning was not on in the room so it was very warm; a lot of meat and little for vegetarians It seemed very messy, while there was no single plate that looked the same at breakfast; forks and knives were wrapped in napkins and sometimes there were knives and spoons (made no sense), lobby was very warm. Overall impression was that it is easy to have large groups by buss (which seemed to come and go by the day) and that one shouldn’t complain because of the price… There is no elevator A lot of smoking around the pool, which is not great as one is also next to a very busy road so poor air quality

+I had a small room that I ordered at the arrival. I asked to change the room to a larger one and they agreed quickly
−The worst staff in the restaurant... Breakfast between 8 and 10 am More than 7 times go to breakfast at 8:30 am if breakfast is closed.Even once I went to breakfast at 9:00 and ordered only a cup of coffee, and they told me we closed the coffee machine, there is no way. The faces of the restaurant staff at breakfast make you feel they want to leave the restaurant quickly I do not recommend that you try breakfast at the restaurant/hotel.. One of the worst things I've ever seen.

“Ár-érték arányban jó volt.”
+Teljesen jó az elhelyezkedés, közel a bolt és a tengerpart is. A főnök és a személyzet is nagyon segítőkész volt. A medence tökéletes volt. Az ágyak kényelmesek.
−Felújításra szorulnának a fürdőszobák mindenképp.

+Bonjour, Je souhaite vous faire part de notre retour concernant notre séjour en Albanie à l’hôtel Sorente. Je commencerai par les points positifs : le personnel est très sympathique, à l’écoute, disponible et avenant. L’hôtel est également bien situé, notamment grâce à sa proximité avec la plage. 🌊 Malheureusement, plusieurs points nous ont déçus, notamment concernant la propreté et l’entretien de l’hôtel ainsi que de la chambre. Durant notre séjour, nous n’avons pas eu de personnel venant régulièrement faire les lits ou effectuer le ménage dans la chambre. Les serviettes n’ont pas été changées et les poubelles n’ont pas été vidées régulièrement. Nous avons également trouvé la literie peu confortable. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, celui-ci ne nous a pas vraiment donné satisfaction. Le pain était souvent sec et les œufs beaucoup trop cuits. 🍳 Enfin, nous avons également été gênés par le bruit du personnel de ménage. Les femmes de ménage parlaient assez fort dans les couloirs, notamment tôt le matin vers 7 h, mais également tard le soir, ce qui était particulièrement désagréable lorsque nous étions encore en train de dormir ou de nous reposer. 😴 Dans l’ensemble, nous avons appréci

“Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht!”
+Leider nichts. Wir waren mal vor Jahren hier und da war es noch okay. Der Inhaber hat aber gewechselt und es war eine reine katastrofe. Der Pool sah grünlich aus und das wasser war nicht klar! Sehr schlechtes morgenbuffet. Mal fehlten croissants, eier oder kaffee. Von 5 nächten sind wir 2 mal nicht essen gegangen weil es schrecklich war. Und sonst haben wir halt für unsere zwei Kids was geholr. Hygeiene katastrofal. Auf der Toilette bei der Lobby fehlten WC papier + Handtücher. Man musste immer alles nachfragen. Da wir Albaner sind konnten wir uns gut mit ihnen verstehen - aber andere Touristen hatten es schwierig. Kurz und bündig: Nie mehr wieder!

−Od początku nie było czysto, szafa brudna w środku Poza tym nie było nic aby zostawić rzeczy, żadnego stoliczka czy krzesła. Przez cały tydzień pobytu nikt nam nie chciał posprzątać, ręczniki wymienione 4 dnia wieczorem po interwencji. Papieru toaletowego nie dostarczali, trzeba było samodzielnie iść i prosić. Kilkukrotnie proszono o posprzątanie, mimo tego zrobiono to dopiero ostatniego 6!!! dnia po kolejnej rozmowie, podczas której pan z obsługi zachowywał się niemiło i naskoczył na nas. Na śniadaniu, które jest w teorii do 10 o godzinie 8:20 prawie nic nie ma. Obsługa nie donosi jedzenia w trakcie. Brak pieczywa, mleka do kawy, nawet szklanek. Było musli ale brak miski żeby je nałożyć. Po porozmawianiu z personelem przyniesiono nam jedzenie ale dalej bez chleba, więc nie było z czym zjeść kiełbasek czy sera. Lokalizacja - przy drodze szybkiego ruchu, okna nie zapewniają szczelności więc w nocy straszny hałas. Wystrój hotelu skromny i przestarzały ale to nie problem - nie oczekiwaliśmy luksusów, ale na czystość oraz uprzejme podejście każdy zasługuje. Załączone zdjęcia śniadania o 8:20 a łazienki 3/4 dnia.
