“Clean, comfortable, conveniently located with exceptionally helpful staff.”
+Exceptionally helpful staff: quiet, comfortable room; central location within easy reach of train station.
−A shame there is no restaurant for an evening meal, but we were directed to local eateries.

−Disappointing experience , Far below four-star standards Our stay at Hotel Solun was extremely disappointing, particularly for a property that advertises itself as a four-star hotel. The heating in our room was not working. When we complained at reception, we were told that the hotel's climate control system should already have been switched from cooling to heating, but that this had not yet been done. Apparently, the change might take place the following day , precisely when we were checking out. In other words, no solution was offered during our stay. Even more astonishing was the response when we reported that the bathroom heating was also not functioning. The receptionist simply stated that, unfortunately, the heating does not work in some rooms. Is this really an acceptable response from a four-star hotel? The hotel is apparently aware of these problems, yet guests are expected to accept them without any practical solution. The bathroom had additional maintenance issues. The shower water pressure was weak, making showering less comfortable than it should be. Furthermore, the toilet flush would occasionally get stuck, leaving water running continuously. We actually had to tap o

“Totally unworthy of four star rating with really poor breakfast. Needs a good look by management at their offering. The”
+Nothing stands out that I liked apart from friendly staff.
−Drab decor, very poor breakfast, no English speaking TV channels. Apparently bill hadn’t been paid, according to staff member
