“We had a wonderful stay here.”
+The rooms are clean and comfortable and it had a cute small balcony. The location is perfect with walkable distance to beach and major attractions and bus stops. Its in a pedestrian only area with multiple restaurants and bakeries nearby. The hotel staff are really courteous and helpful and they were able to accommodate our early check in. Overall we had a wonderful stay here.

+Brilliant central location . Definitely worth to get a room with a balcony. . Reception staff were brilliant and so helpful and friendly with great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit - -. Bakery close to hotel for breakfast. Use of beach towels was great for visit to beach .. Door codes worked very efficiently.

+The location is very good and its a good value for the price. And Jean-Louis is one of the friendliest and most welcoming receptionists I've ever met. Merci beaucoup; you're great at your job!
−It’s an old building and therefore a bit noisy - for example, when other guests are unlocking their rooms. So if you’re sensitive to noise, earplugs are recommended.

“I would not recommend it if you have any mobility issues. Spend more money for a better view and included breakfast iss”
+The location was convenient to Nice. Short walk to the beach, old town, plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Staff were all exceptional
−The room was very small. And while it had a terrace the view was lousy. The hotel is on the 4th floor (5th counting the ground floor where you enter the building). Tiny elevator,it’s an old building.
