“Hotel vicino a Milano Centrale”

“Aggressive and rude owner Romeo”
+Nice shower
−ROMEO the owner was a complete jerk. He is abusive and aggressive towards women. I could have let this experience go if it was JUST the BROKEN AC, broken toilet paper roll, cracked toilet and ugly patio, but no we went to check out and asked for baggage storage and when I went to store my bags in the area Romeo pointed out, I saw blankets there and I put it on top of our bags for safety (we are women and don’t need anyone going through our valuables). ROMEO screamed at me and physically shooed me away from the blankets, like I was dirty or something! He is racist, sexist, rude and aggressive. I confronted him, saying “why are you yelling?” “I paid to be here you shouldn’t be yelling at us”. He scoffed and laughed at me. What a disgusting, pathetic, crusty man, and he is the OWNER. His own employees are scared of him and wouldn’t turn in my complaint. Watch out for ROMEO, ROMEO, ROMEO! I will post this everywhere I can and I would never recommend to stay here to anybody!
