+The owner is wonderful. Drove us to the airport to drop off the car, took us to a restaurant and picked us up later. The room was nice and had a spacious bathroom. The only reason I took off a start is because the room smelled terribly like cigarette smoke (Italians like to smoke). The staff offered air freshening spray, but it didn't help much. There were no other rooms available to switch to.

“It was okay. The hotel staff were all nice.”
+The breakfast was okay. The location was not so good, very far from center of town, so we could not go out on our own. But the staff were all nice and were very accommodating. The room was nice and clean but we could not get hot water on our first night.
