+Excellent location close to Wawel castle and within a reasonable walk from the main railway station. Too many restaurants and pubs around to choose from, so you will definitely find sustenance without wandering too far. The hotel also has its own restaurant, but we didn't try it this time. The hotel was very clean and well-kept, the staff was friendly and spoke good English, and the rooms we had (3 all together) were nice and spacious with wide, comfortable beds. The breakfast had a good variety of foods as well as several options for tea and coffee. The hotel also stored our luggage for the day on the day of departure, so we didn't have to lug them around while doing the last of our sightseeing. All in all, a very nice establishment, if I could live there full time, I would.
−The soundproofing on the top floor rooms was rather poor, luckily we had family members on the other side of the shared wall. The lift only goes up to the 3rd floor, so if you have mobility issues, make sure to request a room from floors 1-3.

“Really enjoyed our stay at hotel Senacki as it was good value for money and central to everything we needed.”
+Comfortable soundproof room. Wonderful breakfast. So central to everything in the old town. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were most helpful.
−Could do with more plugs to charge our phones etc. Only two in our room and they were low down behind tables.

“Clean, comfortable with good location”
+Clean, comfortable bed with nice view. Walking 8 minutes to downtown. There is supermarket and bike rental shop next to hotel
−I requested adhesive bandages and gauze from the reception, but I was asked to come down to the reception personally to collect them. I expected them to be delivered to my room, as I am a hotel guest.
