“Worst Hotel ever”
+There were 2 beds with room for 3 or 4 guests. Only 1 towel was supplied? Toilet seat was not clean, shower drain was backed up, insect infestation on bathroom ceiling, cockroaches on the wall, kitchenette with no dishes or cutlery, air conditioning not working, and breakfast reduced to coffee and toast, need I say more? We left after 1 night and paid out of pocket for another hotel. Hotels.com has been not help, wouldn't call the hotel, and has not even contacted me after I requested an escalation to management. Those reviews stating a 10 are fake. This blame must be put on Hotels.com, it's their service. Yet, don't care to respond and address. The reviews with 2 are sincere. My review is 0.

+The hotel is very colorful and has a lot of space. However, the road to get to the hotel is pretty rough and it feels kinda dangerous at night. It is right in the middle of the jungle, which makes mornings filled with bird sounds, super nice! Food was ok, good prices. Staff was very attentive and polite. Rooms are very spacious and clean but the shower could have been cleaner. Pretty good overall.

“Servicio”
