“Ok.”
+The hotel is well located, 20 minutes or less away from the Vatican and from the city center. The receptionist we had upon check in was lovely.
−We were in room 501 (or 101 in their separate building). It’s next to their laundry and linen room and there were washing machines going off from 6:30am… not an ideal wake up… and there was one very 2 hours or so, which was pretty annoying. The bathroom had no shower gel nor shampoo left. We asked for it, and got shampoo but we’ve checked out already and never got the shower gel. The mattresses are wonky and very soft, maybe the bed base was broken, unsure.. not the most comfy. The flush was also terrible - if you used the loo, you had to wait about 30 minutes to be able to flush again so if we both needed to use the toilet it wasn’t ideal.. as you had to wait otherwise nothing would work. For the price, it was alright but it needs some love and some attention to detail in all fairness

+Location was convenient to the Castle of Sant'Angelo, as well as near the Vatican but not as close (by walking) to the more common areas around the Colosseum, which wasn't an issue because we were okay with commuting.
−The elevator was sometimes slow or questionable, and room smelled weird sometimes. Not super clear awareness of second building's address (as they had two) so we had to save the location on Google Maps.

“Expensive but okay”
+Central, walkable to everything. Staff were lovely Coffee machine with biscuits in reception
−Flush didn’t work, pillows weren’t comfortable. I asked to be in a room close to friends and I was on the first floor, they were on the fourth.

“Overall, the hotel was beautiful per se, very convenient and cleam”
+The location is great! 30 minutes walk from both the Vatican and The Colosseum. It's located by the Trastevere river which is also a wonderful spot to take pictures at sunset! The staff was very helpful and kind. The restaurants in the area and the staff working there were great! It's not a noisy area at night.
−The walls are kinda thin, so you can easily hear who's in the room next to you. Thank goodness we had.very respectful ppl nearby who were quiet between 11 pm and 7 am. The bedroom and bathroom are quite small for 3 ppl. There are not many hangers and hooks to hang your clothes. The shower is very small so it might be challenging if you want to be comfortable.

+Staff disponibile, accogliente, educato.
