“Wonderful Location, and European Style”
+Was a wonderful location, room, and stay! Owner was very nice, and helpful. Room was outstanding, and worked great. It may not be the nicest and most brand new accommodations on the planet, but it was beautiful and worked well! I will stay here again when I get the chance!

“Fantastic location,clean,typical Florence hotel”
+Really traditional Florence hotel, really wanted to stay in a traditional hotel and was not disappointed hence the good review, host was friendly, room was clean and decor was relevant to when it was built, FANTASTIC LOCATION don't expect modern then leave a bad review

“Lousy mattress”
+Kind of uncomfortable. Broken tile everywhere and be aware that the bathrooms are communal and not attached to the rooms. Probably wont stay here again. However, the hotel is very centrally located in Florence and is walking distance from some of the most popular attractions.

+I like the location but the property is outdated. I didn't know there is no wifi in my room. I have to come out of my room and sit on a beat up leather sofa with the 2 rooms across from the sofa. Also I didn't realize that I had to share a small shower with other guests. The elevator is super small. You can't fit any suitcase inside it. I barely can fir in there alone. No coffee maker, TV and most importantly WiFi in the room.
