+That the people who own it also live in japan and know what is expected.

“Nice experience in Chefchaouen”
+We like the home feel of the Riad. It was in a great location.
−We wanted to lower the air temperature as it was too hot but they didn't do anything about so we didn't insist. They did fix fix the leaky shower hose and placed a shower curtain after the first night. We are low maintenance so we did not make a big deal. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend them.

+We loved location ! Plus Tarik and team were helpful on giving us information in English!
−The shower was a bit rustic. But had lots of hot water!
