−1. Cockroaches in the room 2. Property promise a car pickup one month before arrival( given advance for that), which is the denied just 3 to 4 days back , maybe they got some other trip having more money.

“Bad experience 👎”
+All staff was excellent 👌 every one polite and helpful 👍
−The room was very small and uncomfortable. When I first checked in, the room had water all over the walls and the floor. Everything was wet. We asked if we could upgrade to a better room, and I was willing to pay the extra cost, but the staff said all the larger rooms were fully occupied. Instead, they offered another room of the same size. Since I was exhausted after a long journey, I decided to accept it. However, the replacement room was also disappointing. They had to change the bedsheets, blanket, pillows, and other bedding because everything was dirty. Even the room service tray and plates looked extremely old and worn out, as if they had been in use since 1972. It was disgusting. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

“It was a great stay and location was perfect as per my expectation.”
+Cleanliness, Food and Staff Behaviour
−Lacks outside view from the room. Recently parking facility has been a bit hectic due to current government restrictions but hopeful to get it solved by the hotel management near future ☺️
