“Disappointing stay, unfriendly service, and four days without Wi-Fi that cost me an important work opportunity.”
+Only good location
−Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. First of all, the woman who greeted us at reception was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. Her attitude made a very poor first impression. Secondly, the hotel is extremely small, and the elevator can barely accommodate one person at a time, which is quite inconvenient. However, the biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. We had no Wi-Fi access for four entire days, which was completely unacceptable. I work online, and because of this problem, I lost a very important work opportunity. This caused me significant inconvenience and had a real impact on my work. Overall, the experience was far from what I expected. The lack of basic services and the unwelcoming attitude of the staff made our stay very disappointing. I would not choose this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone who needs reliable internet access or expects good customer service.

“Paris war schön das Zimmer nicht so”
+Personal war sehr nett und die Lage super. Bett war auch eigentlich ganz bequem, außerdem war am Hotel ein Bistro für Frühstück. Haben wir zwar nicht in Anspruch genommen aber Option war da.
−Viele Dinge waren kaputt wie Nachtschränkchen Türen und der Kühlschrank. Der war auch dreckig. Es sah quasi 0 aus wie auf dem Bild, ich kann mir aber vorstellen das es da bestimmt ein Raum gibt der so aussieht… nur nich unserer halt. Sollte man nicht so anpreisen als ob man dan so ein Raum bekommt. Und da waren Käfer im Bett und an der wand war so ein Abdruck von einem Schuh?? Jemand hat wohl ein Insekt umgebracht.

−le paiement n'étais parvenu a l'hôtel malgré que je lai effectué avant de mon départ du canada. en plus booking ma remboursé mon séjour en déduisant 100 $ je ne sais pourquoi malgré que c'était leur faute. en plus ils mont obligé de payer une deuxième fois avant même le remboursement c'était décevant pour moi et je crois que je ne vais plus réserver avec booking surtout en mars a Toronto j'avais le même problème et ils mont laissé sans sans hébergement et personne ne ma contacté

+Localización , pero no aconsejo a nadie servicio 0 empezando por la recepción.
−llegas y no te dicen que hay de dejar la llave para salir .luego la mujer de la recepción cuando bajas a pasear te llama para qye dejes la llaves ósea sin información al entrar. Luego subes y en las escaleras hay toallas sucias en sacos , y bolsas de basura . Al Irme estoy saliendo y la mujer me grita para entregar las llaves . Le dije que están en la habitación me hizo subir y buscar a alguien arriba para que me abriera la puerta . Para mi sorpresa no había nadie . Baje por las escaleras hasta encontrar a alguien. Y me abrieron y le entregue las llaves y aún me dice sino me entregas son 30 euros . No a consejo a nadie ni parece un hotel para nosotros que tenemos experiencia con hotel . No vaya a este sitio
