+Extremely Disappointing , No Airport Pickup and Terrible Service! I booked this hotel ONLY because it advertised an airport shuttle service to and from the hotel. I specifically arranged this stay for my elderly mother-in-law, who speaks only Russian, and I needed to make sure she would be met at the airport and safely transported to the hotel. After a 12-hour flight, she arrived at the airport, exhausted, expecting someone to meet her as promised. Nobody showed up! We called the hotel repeatedly, and nobody even answered the phone. How is this acceptable? How can a hotel advertise an airport pickup service, take a booking based on that promise, and then completely abandon an elderly guest at the airport? She does not speak other languages and was left in an extremely stressful and vulnerable situation. The breakfast included in the booking was another disappointment. The quality was so poor that it hardly deserves to be called breakfast. There was no service, no communication, no responsibility, and absolutely no consideration for the guest. If I had known that the advertised shuttle service could not be relied upon, I would NEVER have booked this hotel. Advertising services that

+Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja ze względu na nie dużą odległość od Centrum Szkolenia Maszynistów, do którego uczęszczam. Miła obsługa, czysty pokój.
−Podstawa prysznica jest zrobiona w taki sposób, że podczas korzystania dużo wody leci na podłogę łazienki (no chyba, że akurat trafiłem na taki pokój, a reszta ma trochę inaczej zbudowane prysznice).

+Dobry hotel położony w spokojnej okolicy. Blisko do przystanku autobusowego. Pokój czysty z wygodnymi łóżkami. Śniadanie dobre i urozmaicone. Personel miły i pomocny. Parking znajduje się bezpośrednio przy obiekcie. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Polecam.

−Pokój nie był gotowy na godzinę zameldowania 15 nie usłyszałam słowa przepraszam tylko z łaską starsza Pani powiedziała, że będziemy musieliśmy zaoferować kawę państwu i zaczekać 20 minut. Pani była zdziwiona, że nie zaczekamy bo się spieszymy. Beznadziejny ekspres do kawy na śniadaniach. Brak czajnika w pokoju.

+Spałem dwie noce. Czysto I komfortowo i w pokoju było wszystko czego potrzebowałem. Własna łazienka i dobre śniadanie w cenie wynajmu pokoju.
