+Very frustrated by lack of response from property when we messaged regarding questions about parking. It was identified that parking was available at the property....upon messaging we found out it was two spaces located blocks away. When we tried to book a spot/inquire where it was located we received no response. Given we had no information we had to return our car days early as we weren't sure we could secure any parking. Disappointing experience

+Initially I thought I had messed up as I didn’t book a hotel in Venice, yes I know now that this is a small island about 20 mins away from the hustle and bustle when I realized it was to late to change and let me tell you genuinely BEST mistake I’ve ever made. This hotel is so beautiful, it’s in a great place and you are able to easily travel between here and the main tourist parts of Venice. I really needn’t of worried. 10/10 for everything apart from the mattress in the room my side of the bed was a little lumpy but I dealt with it.

+Our stay was really nice! The hotel is very charming. The area of Lido is a bit calmer than Venice. Also, the hotel is very close to the ferry port

+A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Staff so friendly and accommodating. Room was basic but clean and comfortable with great air conditioning. Breakfast great with lots of choice. Highly recommend this place. Lido is a great location and transport is superb to Venice city & other islands.
