“Perfect location and a lovely room.”
+Perfect location for exploring Venice. Easy check in and check out.
−The room on the whole was clean but some areas needed extra attention and would have appreciated some shampoo and conditioner and an iron.

+We had a large apartment on the first floor; the view of the canal from the windows was phenomenal. The room was spacious and clean, and we slept very well,there was no noise from the surroundings, and hearing the sound of water and boats on the canal in the morning was a truly wonderful experience.
−Everything was perfect; the only thing missing was a tea and coffee-making set in the room, which is standard for this type of room and price category.

“The most perfect spot in Venice. Highly recommend.”
+The property was gorgeous, loved the colour in the room and the decor. Felt very homely and very Venetian. The view outside the window was gorgeous. Right on the canal. Really amazing location too you’re right in the middle of everything. The famous Dal Moros is literally as you turn the corner outside the building and it’s right next to a little bridge to cross the canal. A gondola man is right outside too. Very easy access love that the doors were simple to get into. Very pretty building and interior. There was aircon perfectly facing the bed so you could keep the room cold and it was really really good air con! Thankful considering it was hot out! I only wished we had stayed longer than we did! If I come back to Venice I will 100% be booking this place again. We adored it. Thank you for a gorgeous stay and I 100% recommend this place.
−A little smaller than expected. Photos made the room look bigger but it was perfect for our 3 night stay and we weren’t in a lot anyway! Important to note that Venice buildings are all like this and I didn’t realise that until I got there! I think we had the best hotel in Venice. Could have done with an ironing board but at least we had an iron. No lift for guests but this wasn’t really a big deal, it’s not easy to put a lift in older buildings like this and that’s part of the beauty but just something to be aware of for wheelchair users etc. there’s no staff or reception but we didn’t have any problem with this. If anything it made the place feel more like your own. Actually don’t have anything that I didn’t like! It was fantastic. Just some bits to acknowledge.

“A compact room in a prime location. Excellent value.”
+Literally a two minute walk from St Mark’s Sq. we had room 302 which overlooked a canal so had a terrific view. Room was compact so was maybe a little short on room, but you won’t spend much time in the room so doesn’t need to be huge. Lovely bathroom, massive shower and air conditioning. Comms from the hotel were fine. It’s a self check in, unstaffed hotel but we had no issues getting access. Photo attached to this review is from the bedroom window
−not much. Lift was out of order so the stairs are a little steep (been in Italy 2 weeks with two 20kg cases). says you can leave bags in reception as monitored by CCTV but cameras were covered up. Sleep with the windows open and don’t expect a lie in. Boat traffic starts about 7.00am

“Perfect abode to see Venice!”
+First the staff. Anything needed they answered promptly, kindly and competently. Cleaning lady was also lovely. Location was second to none and room was just so pretty and kitted out with everything needed. The view was out of this world!

“Bon emplacement”
+L emplacement idéal et la taille de la chambre
−Le bruit des 4h30 du matin, un manque d équipement type coffre fort ou machine à café, la taille très petite et le manque de confort de la salle de bain. Alors que nous avions accès à une très grande salle de bain (PMR) dans notre chambre.

“mal servicio en las habitaciones”
+la situación excepcional por el precio pagado. las instalaciones buenas.
−despues de pedir mas abrigo (mantas) en la habitación que estaba fria por el cambio de tiempo no solo no pudieron hacerlo (ese dia podriamos entenderlo) sino que al dia siguiente se olvidaron y ya tampoco pudieron traerlas a pesar de ser parte de un grupo mayor de hoteles. Conclusion: buenas palabras pero mi pareja que estaba enferma acabo durmiendo vestida por el frio.

+Lage sehr zentral. Geschmackvolle und moderne Einrichtung. Problemloser Check in und Check out obwohl kein Personal vor Ort. Betten sehr bequem.
−Zimmer, das keinen Kanal-Blick, sondern zu einem Innenhof(war aber so auch in der Beschreibung angegeben), doch recht dunkel. Störender Abflussgeruch aus dem Badezimmer. Auf Nachfrage und Bitte um Abhilfe, wurde unmittelbar reagiert, so dass unsere 3. Nacht weniger unter der Geruchsbelästigung litt.
