“Great location and cultural experiences”
+Location and the in-house activities. The laundry is also an excellent feature. Staff were also friendly.
−The place needs a good dust. It is 'clean' but not thoroughly and hence dust builds up. The daily laundering was interesting. I felt we had to do the cleaning up and then were just presented with new towels and water each day but not in our room. If this is the case, then my expectation would be that the rooms and facilities are nice and clean.

+Location was really great.
−The room size is very small, with a small double bed too. Our first room had a knocking air vent noise, but the staff changed our room immediately which was good.

“We’d absolutely stay here again”
+Beautiful facility, everything was so clean and a perfect mix of modern and traditional.
−The ONLY thing was that the toilet smelled a bit like sewage every time it was flushed. However, we did experience this at another hotel in Japan and this is our first time here so it may be a common occurrence.

+Hôtel confortable. Personnel aimable Chambre relativement petite mais bien équipée. Très bien situé dans kyoto, au centre de tous les points d'intérêts!
−Accès au lave-linge très difficile du fait du nombre de clients.
