“Wouldn’t go again”
+The property was in a good location, walking distance to everything in Bondi.
−However, the stay was significantly disrupted by the hotel elevator being broken, which we were only advised of days before our holiday. Because of this we had to use the stairs the entire time through a very gross side alleyway. It really took away from the experience. The location is also very very loud with the music from the bar underneath not stopping until around 1am in the morning. The room itself was also quite outdated, with our bathroom not being nice at all. Definitely not worth the money

+Perfect location. Great view. Large room that was nicely decorated
−Was a little bit loud at night. Didn’t really worry us, and we came expecting it to be a bit loud! That’s what we booked!

“Noisy, uncomfortable, dangerous, but a good location and great view.”
+Location and the room was nice.
−No lift access, expected to walk up and down several flights of stairs from a side street back door, it smelt bad, it was dirty and gross, stairs were small/short and narrow and this made them dangerous. My typing daughter abd i had to walk up and down many times each day, including with our bags on the day we left. Construction work in the lift started before 8am and the jack hammering was right next to our room. Complained and was offered a 50% refund, which i accepted, but never heard from them again and never got the refund.

“Great location. Beautifully presented. Bed was super comfy. Amenities were great. Wonderful staff.”
+Loved the rooms, decor and facilities are great, very nicely renovated. Full of personality.
−It does get incredibly loud until late between the music thumping and street noise (this is clearly stated in the booking conditions) so definitely bring your best set of earplugs.
