“Exceptional”
+We loved everything about our stay in hotel Ratsstuben. From the warm welcome, the very friendly and helpful team, the attention to detail in everything and the spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated rooms. Our room was equipped with mini bar safe and tea/coffee making facilities as well as complementary water . The bed was so confortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Cake and fruit are put out daily for guests to help themselves It is situated perfectly in the Old Town a few minutes walk to the train station and the ferry terminal. Kindness and the personal touch are evident in all of the interactions with the husband and wife team and the other staff who we encountered in the hotel. They even remembered and thoughtfully marked an occasion we were celebrating. We had a wonderful stay.
−We loved everything

Absence d’ascenseur.
