“Wonderful experience - we will be back”
+The hotel is stunning. I highly recommend the room with the jacuzzi and sea view! Breakfast and dinners were really good, cocktails were tasty. The receptionist on our arrival day was lovely and made us feel super welcome and excited for our stay.
−Unfortunately on our arrival day, the jacuzzi was not filled and the hot water was not working as well. This was only fixed on the following morning after asking a few times.

“Beautiful hotel, incredible staff. One of a kind stay”
+Beautiful hotel, very calm and relaxed. Everyone who works there works their absolute bums off to make everyone feel welcome and give them the best experience possible. Cannot emphasise how excellent everyone is at their jobs, from the front desk staff to the bar staff and the waitstaff. The food is exceptional, being served as a set menu every night which was unique and delicious.
−My only note would be that the older gent who runs the bar could use an extra hand during the afternoon/ evening. Not because his service isn’t perfect but that he seems so busy it would be nice to see him supported a bit more :)

“Enjoyable but room for improvement”
+Breakfast was great. We thought the choices of evening meal each day should be published in the literature given on arrival. The one menu we managed to see had very limited choices so we ate elsewhere
−We thought it was ridiculous that one of the bedrooms had nowhere to hang up clothes.

+Really quiet location near a lot of restaurants and markets. The breakfast is amazing and very diverse. The rooom has 2 balconies, one of which is very big. The hot tub is a bit cold and could use a bit of more cleaning as it was a lot of sand in it. The stuff is amazing and very welcoming. The food in the restaurant is very good and tasty. It is quite far from the beach.
−The water in the pools is very cold. The AC in the room was working weirdly, coould not really stop it and the air was blowing directly on the bed. There is a light on the hallway that lights like the Christmas tree and is really difficult to fall asleep because of it.

“Ein wunderschöner Urlaub”
+Besonders gut waren: die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, die Sauberkeit, das Frühstück, die Aussicht, der kostenfreie Parkplatz vor der Tür, die Möglichkeit im Nahbereich Geschäfte und Restaurants aufzusuchen.
−Der Schminkspiegel im Zimmer hing in 180 cm Höhe, die Handtücher für den Pool wurden im Tausch pro Stück mit 3,- Euro berechnet, es gab keinen Schrank für Bekleidung in unserem Zimmer.

“Tolles Hotel, besonders für einen entspannten Pärchenurlaub!”
+Sehr gute Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub, die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, der Poolbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Frühstück ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Alles ist sehr neu! Kostenfreier Parkplatz (ein Auto würde ich empfehlen, denn der Weg zum Strand ist recht steil und die Restaurantauswahl erweitert sich einfach deutlich).

+Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'accueil, l'emplacement de l'hôtel et le calme. Le petit déjeuner est énorme et très bon avec des spécialités. Nous avons tout visité à pieds ou en bus, juste la remontée du centre était un peu dure donc on prenait un taxi et un peu cher pour la distance à parcourir. L'hotel est magnifique et le personnel tellement gentil.
−Un peu dommage pour les transats que des personnes posent leur serviette très tôt le matin et ne viennent même pas à la piscine.

“Mooi opgezet hotel, vriendelijk personeel”
+De ligging van het hotel en hoe het is aangekleed. Mooi opgezet hotel, in verschillende lagen om de 3 zwembaden heen. Kamers zijn leuk ingericht in een soort van Ibiza style. Er lopen katten op het terrein maar die hebben ook een eigen stukje waar voer staat en je ze eventueel zelf ook kan voeren. Het terrein wordt super goed onderhouden en schoon gemaakt. Super vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden een huurauto, er was een privé parkeerplaats aan de overkant van het hotel. De receptie is 24 uur open en als je naar de receptie loopt doet ze de slagboom voor je open. Je kan ook voor 50 euro borg een afstandsbediening lenen. Handdoeken voor het zwembad zijn ook te huur voor 20 euro borg, 3 euro voor schone. Ontbijt is goed, vers fruit, zoete broodjes, elke dag ander soort eieren. Het is op loopafstand van Chersonisos, ongeveer 20 a 25 min. Genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt. Van luxe eten met uitzicht tot de lokale snackbar met super vriendelijk personeel.
