“Strange place”
+The hotel itself is nice. The rooms and gym are great. The food is decent but extremely overpriced for Luanda. Also, the vibes are very weird and off. A bunch of wealthy Europeans being served by Angolans. It’s a horrible horrible place. Also the location sucks. This price and no pool too? Wow.

“30 minutes wait is far too long !”
+It's difficult to find value for money in Luanda, this is definitely not one of those hotels. The bar/dinner service is exceptionally slow and they seem to ignore you for 20-30 minutes even before asking if you would like a drink, I left twice due to the excessive wait, even though there are more than enough staff on duty the service takes forever. Food quality probably cheap café standard at 5 star prices, I send one beef main back because it was like chewing on leather. The best thing would be to stick to the snack menu (Prego) and a cold beer.

+This property is tired with old fixtures and furniture. The staff is very accommodating and professional. They made my stay comfortable. main problem is that this hotel, like everything else in Angola is grossly over-priced. This hotel would be priced around $ 100 / night anywhere else in the world. The restaurant is good. Location is great.

“Nice hotel overall”
+Much better experience than the last time. Service has its ups and downs, but most of the staff are genuinely trying to help. A few of the staff are completely uninterested in being helpful.
