+The property was great, and the family that owned it is wonderful. Close to the ferry to get anywhere on the lake, which was awesome!
−The beds were very hard.

“Great location and terrific staff. Good breakfast too.”
+We enjoyed being directly across the street from the ferry dock. We especially liked how friendly and helpful the staff were. From answering our questions to suggesting activities, and calling other hotels where we would be traveling, they were happy to help.
−Our first night, a very strong wind was blowing, starting around midnight. By 3:00 am, it was blowing very hard. In the stairwells between floors they have windows for air flow, and someone left them unlatched and open that night. Between 1:00 and 3:00 am the window frames were blown open and closed, making such a racket that we could not sleep. I finally dressed and walked into the halls to see what was making the noise. I secured the two windows and went back to bed. Eventually managed to get some sleep. It was a one time thing, unlucky for us, and after that first night, all went well.

+Location. Staff friendliness and food at the restaurant (dinner time).
−Rooms were quite old. Zero view. No blackout curtains, actually curtains didn’t cover the whole window,

“Perfection, best location on the lake…with a ferry stop right outside your door!”
+Everything about this place is outstanding from the staff, location and unbelievable excellent food! We ate breakfast every morning that was included with the room to dinner every night outside under the trees and lights with super delicious homemade meals. Do not miss a chance to stay here. You will not be disappointed !!
−There was nothing not to dislike.

“Nu al heimwee”
+Ligging perfect, sfeer dorps met authentieke details. Kleine intieme ruimtes, zo ook de lift. Charmant en gastvrij. Heerlijk gegeten.
Nu in september dus bladval.
