“Basic but convenient for an early train”
+The location is great if you have an early-morning train: Termini is no more than a 10-minute walk. There are supermarkets nearby and lots of restaurants in the area. Some reviewers say they felt unsafe. In our view, the area is no different from the surroundings of any big station. At night you may see a few shady characters, but nothing out of the ordinary. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. There’s a complimentary coffee machine in the reception area and two bottles of water in the room. Admittedly, the room is very basic, small and tired. But given the convenient location, the price and the fact that it’s Rome, it’s a reasonable option for a night.
−The lift in the stairwell is almost 'antique' and I think a great character asset in a building like this. However, we understood that some people would think it's too slow or too small and they rather take stairs, which could be a challenge if you have to drag your suitcases.

“Great location and friendly staff”
+We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Positano. The Deluxe Triple Room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great minibar. The staff were incredibly friendly and generously provided complimentary water throughout our stay. The location was excellent, too!
−The room cleanliness could be improved, and the elevator was quite small. Overall, it was a good experience with room for improvement.

“The staff - Ahmed was very nice to us. He waited for us while we had a late check-in. The room was equipped with kettle”
+The location was close to Metro and Roma Termini. We enjoyed that the room was soundproof and a lot of restaurants nearby to choose from.
−The A/C in our unit was leaking.

+Location is close to public transport. Especially main station. Provide water every day.
−Hotel is not suitable if you stay with family. Outside too loud and too much noisy. Cant even sleep at night. Inside room tiny even not enough to keep out staff. Bad smell comes inside bathroom and tiny.

“Kötü”
+wifi iyi.
−İlk gün uçağımız biraz gecikince saat 22.15 civarında otele varacaktık. Otel resepsiyonu saat 22.00'de kapanıyormuş. Ben hayatımda böyle saçma bir şey görmedim duymadım. Beklemediler. Mesaj attım 22.00'de gelirseniz girersiniz gelemezseniz ertesi gün check in yapabilirsiniz dediler.

Excelente
−No espere lujos.
