“Not a hotel that has the customer comfort in mind. Aged and badly managed.”
+The employees were very courteous.
−Very noisy on the top floor. Thin walls. The shower was minimal and just enough to bathe a baby hummingbird. No suitcase caddy. No table lamps. I couldn’t get two pages printed. Couldn’t make change for a $500 peso note at the desk. Mediocre customer service. Terrible coffee and cheap ham served. Creaking doors.
