“Centrally located and great staff but outside noise was a bit much.”
+Staff was wonderful and were so helpful and warm
−Our rooms were right next to their workout facilities. Also our room was located just above their front entrance which wouldn’t have bothered us except their front door must have been broken because it made a terrible metallic groan/creak every time someone came in or out. All night long. And it was that way for as long as we were there.

“Wonderful STAY!!!”
+The hotel is perfectly located. The area is busy during the day and impressively quiet at night (we didn't expect that!). Our room was on the first floor and we thought it was going to be impossible to sleep being so close to the street, but at night it got very quiet. The room was spacious enough, clean and with all the necessary amenities. The staff was GREAT, very friendly, helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Note: we had dinner at the restaurant located in the rooftop, and it was AWESOME! The food, service and views were amazing. I am glad we stayed at this wonderful hotel and will recommend it to friends and family. Thank you!
−Everything was excellent!

“Very nice hotel”
+Excellent breakfast, great location and comfy, wonderful large room. Can be noisy on a Saturday night with car traffic due to central location.
−Air conditioner didn’t work. But they brought a fan up.

“An excellent hotel in a good location.”
+Really excellent location. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was quiet, but would have been noisy if there had been anything going on in the square below.
−Small details let it down. No milk in the room, cardboard cups and wooden spatulas not good for a hotel in this price bracket. Shower cubicle was a bit cramped. I don’t like basement breakfast rooms… and the orange juice was really horrible. No catering facilities in the hotel until 5pm.
