“Low Price for a Convenient Location”
+The location was great. It was very close to many Pigeon Forge attractions along with being close to restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies. The room was clean and the staff provided us with extra toilet paper and towels.
−Our AC didn't work as efficiently as it could have. We had it on 67 the entire time we were there and the room stayed muggy. The tub could use an upgrade as the paint on it was chipping.

“Had a great time staying here,. Good location and great value for the money.”
+Great service ,location and value for the money. This was our second time staying here. we booked at the last minute and got evertning we needed.
−Hard to spot the sign for the hotel coming down the parkway. Just due to the nature of the area driveway is pretty steep which was intimidating .

“Overall it was a great stay just like all the previous times I’ve stayed”
+It’s conveniently located to everything. Is always clean and the staff is always wonderful.
−This was the first time I’ve stayed that I’ve ever had any issue and it was that the A/C didn’t work after the first 20minutes of being in the room. It’s also advertised that there is breakfast and there is not.

“Dollywood Fall 2026”
+The location on top of a hill has great views of the Smoky Mountains. The Front Desk staff are friendly and very accommodating to your needs.
−The mini fridge in Rm 113 needs replaced. This is the second time I stayed in this room. I had the thermostat on 2 and it froze my bottle of iced tea and 2 bottles of water solid. Last time I had this room I told the Front Desk about this issue. No USB plugs.

“NO BUGS.. great value for your money.”
+There were NO BUGS first of all. It was pretty clean. Cozy blankets. And the staff were all really nice the whole time. Great location and great value.
−Nothing was actually bad at all. A few things I would mention are that the beds were kinda small, maybe a full size. There was wear on the hotel rooms. Other than that it was great and I would definitely stay again.
