“lovely, pleasant and accessible stay, i’d definitely come back next time!”
+i’m a wheelchair user who fully depends on my mobility device, and i have to say the hotel is excellent for my needs. i’d say the accessibility varies for people with different level injuries and needs, but for me it was great. the wheelchair accessible room features a slope and a built in bathtub, which is at the perfect height for me to transfer and get down into the tub! the staff is also very kind and friendly, and i really appreciated their politeness.
−the only thing i could possibly think of would be the slope toward the entrance of the hotel. it’s a tiny bit steep and when getting up from the street, i almost fell forward once. if they could improve the ramp or include a more comfortable side entrance, it’d be amazing.

“It was worth the money I paid. But should have more security cause they let everyone in. I’d feel more safer if they wou”
+It was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars
−It didn’t have a wash/dry machine to wash your clothes.

“Spacious and good location”
+Hotel was very clean. Staff was very helpful. Location to restaurants on the street and subway was very good
−Spa bath does not work and bathroom has no door from the bedroom. Shower door and toilet door are the same.

“The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the false advertising regarding the jacuzzi was extremely disappointing.”
+The convenient location and the advertised availability of a jacuzzi were the main reasons we chose this hotel.
−The hotel was advertised on Booking.com as having a jacuzzi, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property over other, more affordable alternatives. However, after filling the jacuzzi and preparing to use it, we discovered that it was not functioning. When we raised the issue with hotel staff, they confirmed that it was not operational. We were extremely disappointed, as the jacuzzi was a one of the key factors in our decision to book this particular hotel. Had we known beforehand that it was not working, we would have chosen a more affordable hotel instead.

−Chek in в 15:00😢
