“Perfect location but room very noisy”
+Location is perfect; Staff members are very helpful and excellent.
−NOISE NOISE NOISE. Our room facing the piazza is very noisy. The lousy and noisy music won’t stop until 0030 am (with happy birthday tunes going on for half an hour at full blast).

+Location couldn't be better. The decor and style of the hotel are absolutely exceptional. Staff is very helpful
−Only 1 thing and this is me being petty 😄 i know there are free coffee and teas for everyone on 4 floor near reception, but I would like to have a kettle in the room to make a hot drink rather than going somewhere

“A wonderful week in a great location.”
+The locations was fantastic. It’s right in the centre of the city, everything is walkable including the train station. Wonderful breakfast with fantastic staff who made great coffee!
−It was all good, a bit of street noise on Saturday night but that’s to be expected.

“Our wonderful stay ❤️”
+I like that the hotel was centrally located. I like that we were facing Piazza della Republica. It was in the heart of luxury brand stores and Italian shops. Although it was in the center it was quiet inside the room. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast selection was lovely. I'm really satisfied that we chose this hotel. Will be glad to come back if ever we stay in Florence again.
−There's nothing not to like.

“Comfort in the heart of Florence”
+Location was amazing with a beautiful view and ability to hear live music in the evening. Big clean room with comfy beds and a bathtub. Made parking arrangements for us and had the rooms ready upon arrival. Breakfast was good.
−There is no bar, caffe, in the hotel. Parking is off site and it takes about 30 minutes to get your car returned - so plan ahead.
