+The room and bathroom were minuscule. Couldn’t open luggage anywhere. It was a bit of a haul from the train station. The staff were very nice

“Pretty place”
+Our friends had a nice comfortable room, but ours had a tiny bathroom that would only fit one at a time. We also had the elevator on the other side of the bed wall that we heard all night. The staff was friendly and helped us with transit and directions. It was clean and had a nice breakfast.

+Great location- about an 8-10 minute walk to the Main Street, main train station and the Gornergrat station. About a 15 minute walk to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise gondolas. The hotel has great views of the Matterhorn and right at the river walk. I highly recommend this hotel.
