“Location, location, location!”
+Beautiful room, so close to the train station we had no problems with our luggage! The breakfast was a nice way to get us on our way.
−There wasn’t a thing we disliked!

“Comfortable stay in a good location”
+Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. Location is great. The room size was quite adequate for two. Only a short walk from Venice S. lucia train station
−No lift but a Hotel worker helped with the luggage

“Convenient, nice staff, and good breakfast”
+Location, staff, and good size room! Also included breakfast.
−Beds and pillows too firm and air conditioning rattled

“Visiting the Biennale”
+The hotel is well located. There are several restaurants nearby, as well as the vaporetto stop. It's also easy to walk to all parts of the city from the Lista di Spagna. The room was comfortable and had a window overlooking a very quiet street. The breakfast was tasty, although not very varied.
−It was difficult to get the water to the ideal temperature, and just when we thought we had it, it would suddenly cool down.

“Decent hotel for value. Good location. Very convenient to train station.”
+Location was good. Close to train station. Staff was helpful. They were willing to store our bags.
−No elevator. Multiple locations all use same front desk. No staff at property.
