+Hotel located in the best place of Belgrade. Very clean and tidy, breakfast was not many choice but the food was available it was really healthy and good choice. Stuff are friendly and helpful.
−Did not really find anything particularly that I didn’t like, but something need to be better, like- breakfast choice should be better than this and every item has to be marked with its name clearly. But overall food is ok.

“Great location and friendly helpful front desk staff”
+The location was perfect. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our shower drain wouldn’t drain so showering meant water everywhere. During breakfast it was fixed and worked the rest of the time so we appreciated the immediate response to a request for help. We could store our bags. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good most days and one day (Wednesday) especially was really fresh and good with more variety. Organized transport for us.
−It would be good to have toilet paper checked (we ran out) and garbages (bathroom) emptied more consistently. Also we asked for new towels after our flooding scenario and below is a picture of my “new” towel. View of a dingy inner courtyard left something to be desired and we got all of the smoker’s 2nd hand smoke when opening our window. My suggestion would be at least to paint the inner courtyard a nice color since you’re remodeling. I do however want to clarify that whenever we did ask for something it was immediately rectified and everyone at the hotel was very helpful. Sometimes we just don’t want to ask (if that makes sense). I would definitely recommend this hotel, so please don’t let our negative comments dissuade you.

−Odalar hiç temiz değil inanılmaz kötü bir koku var özellikle tuvalette ağır silikon gibi bir şey kokuyor. Bina durmadan sallanıyor şehir için otobüslerin elektrik hatlarını binalara bağlamışlar otobüs geçtikçe sallanıyor sallantının ondan olduğunu düşünüyorum ekstra para ödeyip şehir manzaralı aldığımız odanın tek camında koca bir ağaç var binanın dışında kurulan inşaat iskelesinden bahsetmiyorum bile minibarda ki suyun bile ücretini aldılar suyun ücretli olduğunu bize 5 günde kimse söylemedi kahvaltı şöyle böyle fena değil odalarda sigara içilmiyor hep aşağı inmenizi söylüyorlar odada sigara içerseniz 50euro cezası varmış ayrıca Sırbistan’da bir vergi konusu var kendimiz için vergi ödüyorsunuz ve bunu otelin ödediğini sanıyorduk ödemiyorlarmış çıkarken talep ettiler

−non mi hanno fatto la pulizia della camera dopo una notte ma non è stato un gran problema essendo stata una visita breve

−Het ruikt overal naar rook, de bar aan het hotel wordt volop gerookt, op de binnenplaats onder ons raam, dus kon het raam niet open houden vanwege de rooklucht en gepraat

−La très mauvaise insonorisation : on entend toute la circulation extérieure. Dans la première chambre un lit au matelas défoncé, des prises non fonctionnelles, des verres à la propreté douteuse. Dans la deuxième chambre, l'impossibilité de régler le thermostat : 24 degrés dans une chambre rend le sommeil réparateur difficile.
