“If Sioux Falls had a nicer hotel, I would probably stay there instead.”
+Good location and lovely furnishings Beds were comfy
−Very very noisy at night with cars racing on the road outside. Need better sound protection on the windows. No info about shuttle was given No phone in room! No closet in room! Housekeeping did not empty trash in 3 days Did not get additional coffee pods for 3 days Ran out of yogurt for breakfast at 8:30 am Very little communication about the hotel

“Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff we encountered could use some friendliness training.”
+Great location near shops and restaurants . Beautiful rooms and lobby.
−The bar was closed (we were there on a Sunday). The woman at the front desk was sullen, rude and irritated at having to speak to us. We gave her a break, thinking she may have just gotten some bad news.

“Fantastic piece of Sioux Falks history”
+The fact that it was a former bank is historically cool. The rooms were kinda retro and beautifully appointed and The Treasury bar in the former vault was the highlight. An amazing repurposing of a past space in Sioux Falls! We’d come back in a heartbeat!!
