“Cute place, conveniently located”
+The place had a lot of character with the wooden beans and brick walls. I really enjoyed the large shower head... and the room was large!
−A little bar fridge would be nice/handy in the room.

“Interesting hotel - trying to be hip, but could be better for price.”
+Comfy bed. Great Shower. Downtown location, but limited street noise.
−Lengthy, elaborate check-in. Very noisy extractor fan and AC in room. No area to store bag or clothes. Strange arrangements to use stairs to/from room.

“Funky place well located - they could up their game for better reviews.”
+Great location. Room was well decorated.
−The value for the money wasn’t there. No coffee in the room, nowhere to put suitcase or things. Walking through a restaurant to get to the elevator is weird.

+Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurant/bar. Good shower and room conditioning. Excellent location close to Chinatown, lots of places to eat nearby. Historic vibe of the place.
−The blinds in my room were not functioning properly. The desk was a bit shaky (needs repair). I was not able to extend my stay beyond check out time, even for a fee. The hotel does not have this option.

“Good for one night, but not a longer stay. Worth paying a bit more for a better experience.”
+The location was very good , that's really the main feature of this hotel.
−The rooms and hotel itself is very run down. The furniture (desk and bed) is old, with lots of chipped paint and scuff marks. The walls are also in need of repainting. It feels more like a motel than hotel. It feels like the owners are looking to sell it so the next owners will give it a much needed refresh.

+Cama bem confortável, limpo e organizado. Boa localização, em frente a estação de streetcar. Disponível check-in in antecipado, pessoal de fácil comunicação e bem simpáticos.
−Elevador nao estava funcionando quando cheguei, mas foi resolvido no mesmo dia. Sem opção de café da manhã.

+Personāls bija komunikabls. Liela ērta gulta. Patīks klusums naktīs, proti, var izguleties.
−Skats no loga nebija patīkams. Bija jātaisa žajūzijas ciet, lai neskatās uz numuru no pretējās mājas.
