“Great Location - Even Greater Staff!”
+The staff were absolutely fantastic and so focused on customer-service. They were always friendly and so helpful at navigating our way around Rome. Their recommendations for food and transportation were always wonderful and helped us avoid the “tourist traps” that are so common. Mario, Carla, Mariusz, and Nora were amazing concierge staff. Francesco and his breakfast team were excellent and fun to be around. The staff who cleaned did a great job. And the location was quiet, yet close enough for us to walk to most places of interest. Thank you Kira and Stefano!! You have an amazing team. We really appreciated all of them.
−It would be nice to have a small shelf for shampoo or a razor in the shower. Otherwise, great facility!!!

“Very nice hotel with wonderful staff.”
+Safe location. Friendly and helpful staff. Close but not super close to train station.
−We had a room close to the busy street so there was some noise. Ask for a room away from busy street.

+About 1 km from the Rome Termini train station, the location is excellent. The hotel is on the third floor and there is a quiet place to sit in a breezeway. The staff works hard and is always professional and very friendly.
−The elevator is slow, but works well.

“I would definitely stay there again. And recommend to others.”
+The staff were very helpful, the room was large and well kept, the facilities clean. The hotel is on the third floor of a larger building and on one evening, we could hear the music from a classical concert on the ground floor. It wasn't a nuisance but a pleasure.
−It would be useful if they had an iron/ironing board to use. The lift was essential but could be slow.

“We loved our stay there. Wonderful staff. Beautiful old building turned into a hotel. Central location, walking distance”
+It was very artistic and cool, beautiful historic building. Very tastefully decorated and designed.
−The walls, doors and windows are old- it makes them cool and beautiful but terrible at soundproofing. You can hear everything. The water pressure is also typical to an old building so not very stable.

“Exceptional location, staff and value! Don’t pass it up!”
+We have been to Rome twice. We stayed here both times, on the advice of Rick Steves, a world-famous tour guide and host of Rick Steves’ Europe on PBS. Everything is exceptional about this hotel: the location (we could walk to most of our top sightseeing locations), the safety (it’s located right next to the ministry of defense), the staff (exceptionally helpful and kind) and the rooms (clean, comfortable). They offer coffee drinks and other drinks for a very reasonable price throughout the day, as well as a breakfast for 12 euro that is very satisfying and served in a quaint dining area with a personal waiter. Bonus: There is a small concert venue in the immediate vicinity. It is not audible from the rooms. However, imagine our delight in our first evening when we returned to our hotel and heard the faint strains of an opera aria from their romantic outside terrace.

“Nice hotel in Rome”
+Cozy hotel, nice sized rooms, great staff! Breakfast offered nice pastries, juices and coffee options. While a lift was necessary o reach hotel floor, it was a quaint setting to enjoy a few days in Rome.
