“Charming and picturesque hotel, room interior and information could be better”
+Location is great, the historic building is very charming
−1. The room we booked was listed as ‘city view’. However, it didn’t specify we would be ground floor, right next to the terrace full of people. When we mentioned this to the staff they were quite dismissive and said there’s ’nothing they can do’ and that ‘we booked this room specifically’ (the latter is not true, we didn’t book any specific room on Booking, just a classification of city view). They might’ve been more friendly and empathetic about it (even if it wasn’t solveable), and the room type might’ve been more clearly described. 2. Interior and bedding seems to be very old and not entirely clean.

“Verblijf in historische vestingstad”
