“Great location and staff. Could use some updates.”
+Location was great, near a lot of amazing sights and restaurants. It did have a fun old world aesthetic. The staff were approachable and kind.
−It needs many things updated. They do say it’s old and has character but things that don’t have to do with the bones of the building need to be updated to make the experience feel more crisp and clean. Holes in towel, stains on pillow and bedding etc.

“Not worth the money”
+Almost only good thin is that its location is very central & close to a lot of things
−Almost everything. The toilet didn’t flush we had to throw buckets of water in (got inventive & had to use the bin bucket), our room was at reception level, which was good because we avoided the stairs, but it was super noisy at night cause of the street below and in the morning you literally walk out of the room into a restaurant of people having their breakfast. Shower is tiny, bed is uncomfortable, lighting is horrible, curtains dont fully close so people from across the street can literally window watch you & no large mirror.

“Great location, friendly staff, has everything you need as a base to explore Venice.”
+The location was ideal for exploring Venice - very close to St Marks Square and Rialto Bridge. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy, there was no one at reception but we were texted a code and our key was waiting for us at the desk. The staff in the hotel were friendly and welcoming!
−The room was clean but there were a few damaged areas of the wall/a damaged lampshade/crack in the sink. The room and lobby also had a damp smell which meant we had to have the windows open and the noise from outside was quite loud at night/in the morning.

“Cute vintage hotel”
+The room was very cute and matched the photos posted.
−The room and towels could be cleaner. The lack of proper ventilation and cooling control was a problem. The bathroom fan didn't run well and the heat pump / AC unit needed cleaner filters. The toilet didn't flush properly and the shower stall is TINY. We did OK in it but larger / full-figured guests would find it a challenge.

“Wspaniały pobyt w pięknej Wenecji”
+Bliskość do placu św Marka dosłownie kilka kroków. Miły personel na recepcji. Malutki pokoik, ale wystarczający na krótki pobyt
