“Would have been perfect with 24 hour electricity.”
+Location was very good. Staff very friendly.
−No electricity from 1300 to 1800 each day as work being done. Made lobby very noisy. No lights in rooms at this time. Only few lifts working. Limited service during this time. They have agreed a 20% discount to compensate.

“For 1 night it was good”
+Nice staff, welcoming, location is in the city center, close to many tourists places and cafes/restaurants. We received a local desert and a wine as a welcoming gift.
−We had an old room, not the one we saw on booking page, when we were making a reservation. We were told that hotel is under renovation and some rooms are still due to be renewed. Furniture was old and bathroom was very used, it was clean but you could see that it wasnt renovated for a long time.

+Convenient location, good sized comfortable room
−Confusing layout that wasn’t clearly explained to us (breakfast was accessed by a separate set of elevators on opposite sides of the hotel); needed to ask for water, tissues and toilet paper since only the bare minimum was provided
