“A lovely stay in a perfect location, with welcoming hosts and a warm, friendly atmosphere.”
+I had a lovely stay! The location is perfect, very close to the town centre while still being on a quiet street. The owners were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and made me feel almost like I was visiting family or friends. Communication was excellent, and the map and helpful tips I received upon arrival were a lovely touch. Breakfast was good, everything was clean, the bed comfortable, and check-in and check-out were very easy.
−The only small downside was a slightly musty smell in the bathroom, possibly related to the building’s age or ventilation. Apart from that, I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again!

“great location, comfortable room and friendly atmosphere.”
+Excellent location, steps away from the historic center of Perugia. Due to the history of the city, roads are tight, so be careful if you are driving there. The young man at the reception was kind, friendly and available for info. Breakfast was simple: they served a basket of bread, some marmalade and honey, warm drinks and juice.
−more as a warning, there is no elevator and parking is on the street and it's a hit or miss.

“We were made very welcome and enjoyed our stay”
+A traditional small family hotel close to the cathedral and main square but very quiet. We had a spacious room with a lovely painted ceiling and steps up to shower room. Comfortable bed, typical Italian breakfast and very welcoming hosts.
