+No staff when I arrived. Needed someone who spoke Romanian and a local phone to call to get the code to access. Felt very unsafe as the hotel front door was down a very dark alley. Immediately turned around and left key at the front. Asked for a refund but the hotel was either non responsive or not cooperative for any kid of refund. Even if only for one night.
