+Reception is really understaffed. I've seen the poor man at reception had to deal with check in and check out, towel changes, all sort of queries, money exchange. This slows everything down and I've seen many customers annoyed. Other resorts have these things split, done by different people, ie: towel change is done at the pool/ beach by a different person. We booked the room without any meals and they didn't give us any sort of bracelets. We kept being stopped and questioned by all security guards, which was unpleasant. Security guards told us to get a bracelet from reception, reception says we don't have bracelets because we are not on an all inclusive plan, but then security still wants to see bracelets. A lot of misunderstanding between themselves that is ultimately inconvenient for us. We still don't understand why they didn't give us bracelets of another colour if they offer non all inclusive accommodation. Food is not that good, mostly oily, but you will find something to eat in that variety in the restaurant. It was good we didn't get an all inclusive package in the end. Haven't seen any watermelon at all, which usually is the basic as fruit. The activities team was great,

+We extended by one more night on half board- dinner included. We had the same problem with the bracelets. Even on half board, we were not given any bracelets and again we kept being questioned by security. We had to be all 3 of us together all the time to show them the key.. The receptionist is doing too many jobs and you can see he is overworked. Waiting time at reception is always a lot, people get annoyed because there is just one man doing everything. Besides the inconveniences, we liked the resort and the room.

“very bad smell in the bathrooms”
+The location is nice, as well as some of the staff who were very friendly. The sea and the beach is the best part.
−Although the rooms look nice, the bathroom smelled like sewer and have a lot of mosquitos. I asked to change rooms, which was done - and received a room that was perfumed - but sadly also there the bathroom smelled like sewer. As I traveled for work, I asked for an invoice every day - but the unfriendly receptionist said he couldnt give me one - although it was during office hours, he asked me to come back each time. At check out - still no invoice was provided. They promised to send by mail, which is not done till now. It is clearly not a place for business visitors.

“Meninx Hôtel could be a better place!”
+I thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the delicious food, and I was especially touched by the warm welcome from Mr. Mourad Al Ibri. The location of the room is simply amazing,it overlooks the sea and a beautiful cluster of palm trees, creating a serene and unforgettable view.
−Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the maintenance team, who were unable to fix the air conditioning despite several attempts. Their lack of professionalism meant I had to endure warm, sleepless nights in a room that was simply too hot to rest in. Additionally, the bed was very uncomfortable due to an old, worn-out mattress and small, flattened pillows. To make matters worse, the bed sheets didn’t always feel fresh or clean, which further affected my overall comfort. Another thing I really loathed at the hotel is that the reception never answer the phone and you have to go see them personally for any request. Too bad.

“Best annimation and excellent food!”
+Best annimation for the children and for adults! Generally very good food for all the tastes. The hotel is good for the children, there is also pool with slides for the children of different ages, but the sea and sun at the beach is as beatifull as everywhere @djerba, but for a reasonable price.
−The room we were given already required renovation. There are also renovated rooms in this hotel, but not ours. Once, something started dropping from the ceiling. Not a big one, without damaging anything, but just to confirm statement above.
