“The best of Calamba”
+The best location and the fact that it is one of its kind of a hotel in Calamba.
−Facilities are far less from the expectations for hotels charging that much for a booking. The owners must inspect and improve the room facilities on a regular basis.

“Ok stay, but manage expectations”
+I like that the place is close to Jollibee. It's a 20 minute walk from SM Calamba, if you're willing to make the trek (we did). Lobby was clean. Hotel looks nice from the outside. Room is spacious and looks okay.
−Unfortunately, staff service didn't meet expectations. Paid for a bottle of water to be brought up to our room. After an hour, still no water. Ended up having to go to Jollibee in the rain just to buy bottled water. Also the room looks dated and could use a refresh.

“Our stay was comfortable except for the broken AC on the first room.”
+The location was near the center of the city. Easy access to express way. The room was clean.
−The AC was not working well on the first room assigned to us. I informed the desk and i was told they were fully booked and changing room was not possible. The 2nd time the AC turned off itself, i informed the front desk and they sent a repair man. AC was still not working well(it kept turning off by itself after a few minutes), hence the repair man informed he will inform the front desk to shift our room. Only then did they shift our room with a well working AC

“First time”
+The location and availability of resources like stores and fast food restaurants.
−The bathroom smells like sewer fume, which is poisonous and really a high risk on people's health.
